During our 24 years in the fine caviar business, we have sadly witnessed the transformation of the Caspian Sea from a once abundant source of the world's finest caviar to an economic and environmental tragedy. Consequences of this decline include the severe depletion of the sturgeon population and natural habitat.

For these reasons, Boyajian Inc. has decided to withdraw from the caviar industry until such time that a cooperative and responsible effort is made to restore the resources of the Caspian Sea.
