Infused Olive Oils

Made from 100% pure olive oil, Boyajian slowly infuses fresh herbs and spices for an incomparable aroma and flavor. These oils are wonderful for sautéing, on pastas and focaccia, in vinaigrettes and marinades, or simply drizzle on your favorite dish.

The oils have a shelf life of 2 years when kept away from sunlight. We offer the following flavors in 5 and 8 ounce bottles and gift sets. Additionally, Basil Oil is available in 12.7 ounce bottles and Garlic Oil is available in 12.7 ounce and 25.4 ounce bottles.

Habanero Oil

We infuse fresh habanero chilies, known as one of the most intensely spicy chili peppers, into 100% pure olive oil and extra virgin olive oil to make Habanero Oil. The citrus-like heat and floral aroma of the Habanero Oil lends itself to sauces, salsa and other spicy dishes..

Jalapeño Oil

Jalapeño chilies, known for a perfect balance of heat and flavor, are slowly infused in 100% pure olive oil and extra virgin olive oil. Ideal for grilling fish or meat or add to a fresh, homemade salsa.

Garlic Oil

An excellent alternative to fresh garlic. Consistent aroma and flavor in any application. Our most popular oil.

Basil Oil

Drizzle this aromatic oil, made with fresh basil, on pizza, add it to your favorite tomato sauces, to pastas, to soups, or use as a dipping oil with crusty bread.

Oregano Oil

Earthy and robust, this fragrant oil is perfect for marinades, sautes, and in salad dressings. Try brushing on breads, meats, fish, or vegetables before roasting or grilling.

Rosemary Oil

This oil captures the bouquet and flavor of fresh rosemary. Wonderful for sautéing, on pastas and focaccia, or in vinaigrettes or marinades.

Lemon Pepper Oil

A hint of lemon in our Black Pepper Oil. Delicious. If you like the flavor of fresh cracked black pepper, try them both (see below).

Black Pepper Oil
