Fresh Tomato Sauce With Basil

4 Tbs. Boyajian Basil Oil
4 cloves garlic, minced with 1/4 tsp. salt
4 fresh, large tomatoes, diced
1 lbs. cooked spaghetti
Grated parmesan cheese or shredded mozzarella

In a large skillet, heat Boyajian Basil Oil. Add garlic (already minced with salt) and tomatoes. Cook over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring constantly, until sauce begins to thicken. Toss immediately with cooked pasta and cheese and serve. Salt and pepper to taste.
