Garlic Portobello Mushrooms
8 fresh Portobello mushrooms, cleaned with stems
2 tablespoons Boyajian Organic Garlic Oil
2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
salt & pepper to taste
Brush cleaned mushrooms with 1 tablespoon Boyajian organic Garlic Oil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Place on hot grill or under broiler, bottoms up for 5 minutes. Turn mushrooms over and cook for another 4-5 minutes. Test for doneness, both tops and bottoms should be soft. Remove from oven, drizzle remaining garlic oil atop mushrooms. Serve whole or sliced.
Optional: After cooking, sprinkle whole mushrooms with goat cheese, blue cheese or shaved parmesan. Return to grill or broiler until cheese is just melted.
