Lime Pecan Cookies

4 cups flour
4 sticks butter
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
3 tsp Boyajian Pure Lime Oil
11/2 cups finely chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, soften the butter. Add baking soda, sugar, Lime Oil and pecans. By hand or with a spatula, gently add the flour, one cup at a time. Roll dough into 1” diameter balls, place on parchment lined cookie sheet and flatten to 1/4” thickness. Bake 15 minutes and cool completely on cooling racks. Dust with confectioner’s sugar.

Yield: 5-6 dozen.
