Orange Black Pepper Scallops

1/4 Cup Boyajian Black Pepper Oil
1/4 tsp. Boyajian Pure Orange Oil
1 lb Fresh Scallops (*)
1 Red Bell Pepper, julienned
2 Scallions chopped (optional)
Salt to taste

(*) can substitute shrimp

Heat Black Pepper Oil and Pure Orange Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add scallops and cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked through and slightly caramelized. Add salt to taste. A few more drops of Orange Oil may be added for a stronger orange flavor. Arrange red pepper on a plate and top with scallops and extra oil from pan. Sprinkle with chopped scallions and serve immediately.
