Orange Walnut Muffins

3 cups all-purpose flour
11/4 cups sugar
2 tsp baking powder
11/4 cups milk
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
3 tsp Boyajian Pure Orange Oil
11/2 cups chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, combine first three ingredients. In a second bowl, mix milk, oil, eggs and Orange Oil. Stir the milk mixture into the dry ingredients. Add the walnuts. Line standard muffin tin with foil cupcake liners. Divide batter into cups and bake for 20 minutes. Transfer to rack and let cool.

Yield: 18 muffins.
