Plum Marinade

1 1/2 pounds fresh salmon fillet
6 Tbs. Boyajian Spicy Sesame Oil or Garlic Oil
3 Tbs. Boyajian Plum Vinegar
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
pepper to taste

Mix marinade ingredients thoroughly and pour over salmon. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator. Allow to marinate at least 2 hours. Remove fish from marinade and grill or broil. Cook until desired doneness.

Garnish with chopped scallions, julienned strips of red pepper and toasted sesame seeds.

Yield: 1/2 cup of marinade; 4 servings.
