Black Pepper Raspberry Vinaigrette

3 Tbs. Boyajian Raspberry Vinegar
1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
6 Tbs. Boyajian Black Pepper Oil
Salt or soy sauce to taste

In a small bowl, combine Boyajian Raspberry Vinegar & mustard. Mix thoroughly. In a slow, steady stream add the Boyajian Black Pepper Oil to the vinegar mixture while whisking. Whisk until all the oil is incorporated. Add salt or soy sauce to taste. Drizzle over preferred greens.

Suggested greens: mesclun, spinach or arugula.

Optional toppings: Goat cheese, bleu cheese, toasted pine nuts, grilled salmon or shrimp.

Yield: 1/4 cup.
