Ingredients:
- 8 wedges of watermelon cut into 1” inch thick slices
- 1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut vertically into 8 spears
- 6 Tablespoons Boyajian Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
Instructions:
- Clean and oil grill grates
- Heat the grill to high
- Place cut watermelon and pineapple on sheet pans and brush all sides with balsamic vinegar
- Grill pineapple on all sides turning occasionally until warmed through 8-10 minutes
- Grill watermelon 2-3 minutes on each side
- Remove from heat, place on serving platter and sprinkle chopped mint on top of fruit
- Serve immediately
