Serves: 8


  • 8 wedges of watermelon cut into 1” inch thick slices
  • 1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut vertically into 8 spears
  • 6 Tablespoons Boyajian Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint


  1. Clean and oil grill grates
  2. Heat the grill to high
  3. Place cut watermelon and pineapple on sheet pans and brush all sides with balsamic vinegar
  4. Grill pineapple on all sides turning occasionally until warmed through 8-10 minutes
  5. Grill watermelon 2-3 minutes on each side
  6. Remove from heat, place on serving platter and sprinkle chopped mint on top of fruit
  7. Serve immediately
