Garlic Pita Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut each pita bread in half and then into 8 pizza type triangles.
    3 pita bread pockets (substitute using flatbread or lavash if desired)
  3. Brush each triangle with garlic oil, Then sprinkle Spicy Mediterranean Herb Spice Blend evenly
    ½ cup Boyajian Garlic Oil, 1½ teaspoon Boyajian Spicy Mediterranean Herb Spice Blend
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 4-6 minutes, or until lightly browned and crispy. Monitor closely.
  5. Serve with your favorite hummus, drizzled with Boyajian Garlic Oil and sprinkled with Aleppo Pepper.
