- In a large bowl, stir together the milk, cream, sugar, salt, maple flavor, vanilla & almond extracts until the sugar is dissolved.2 cups 2% milk, 2 cups heavy cream, 1 cup sugar, ½ teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon Boyajian Vanilla Extract, 1 teaspoon Boyajian Maple Flavor, ½ teaspoon Boyajian Almond Extract
- Add food coloring if you choose.
- Pour entire mixture into ice cream maker and operate per the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Once ice cream has thickened, fold in chopped almonds.½ cup chopped almonds
- Spoon into container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
