Serves: 4-6


  • 2 Cups 2% milk
  • 2 Cups heavy cream
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Boyajian Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Boyajian Maple Flavor
  • ½ teaspoon Boyajian Almond Extract
  • ½ Cup chopped almonds

In a large bowl, stir together the milk, cream, sugar, salt, maple flavor, vanilla & almond extracts until the sugar is dissolved. Add food coloring if you choose.

Pour entire mixture into ice cream maker and operate per the manufacturer’s instructions. Once ice cream has thickened, fold in chopped almonds. Spoon into container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
