Roasted Asparagus with Garlic Oil & Balsamic Vinegar

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Wash and dry asparagus
    1 pound fresh asparagus with medium wide stalks
  3. Trim bottoms of asparagus 1 – 1 ½ inches to remove tough ends
  4. Set stalks in a single layer on a baking sheet.  Lightly brush stalks with Garlic Oil
    1 Tablespoon Boyajian Garlic Oil
  5. Sprinkle lightly with pinches of kosher salt.
    Kosher salt
  6. Roast for 12 minutes
  7. Remove from oven and toss asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar
    1 Tablespoon Boyajian Balsamic Vinegar
