Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh asparagus with medium wide stalks (about 20 stalks)
- 1 Tablespoon Boyajian Garlic Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- Kosher Salt
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
- Wash and dry asparagus
- Trim bottoms of asparagus 1 – 1 ½ inches to remove tough ends
- Set stalks in a single layer on a baking sheet. Lightly brush stalks with Garlic Oil
- Sprinkle lightly with pinches of kosher salt.
- Roast for 12 minutes
- Remove from oven and toss asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar
