Serves 4

 

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 pound fresh asparagus with medium wide stalks (about 20 stalks)
  • 1 Tablespoon Boyajian Garlic Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Aged Balsamic Vinegar
  • Kosher Salt

 

 

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Wash and dry asparagus
  • Trim bottoms of asparagus 1 – 1 ½ inches to remove tough ends
  • Set stalks in a single layer on a baking sheet.  Lightly brush stalks with Garlic Oil
  • Sprinkle lightly with pinches of kosher salt.
  • Roast for 12 minutes
  • Remove from oven and toss asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar
