Whipped Feta Dip

Method
 

  1. Break the full 8 ounce block of feta cheese into small chunks
    8 oz Block of feta cheese
  2. Place the feta chunks, greek yogurt, garlic oil, pure lemon oil, and black pepper into a food processor. Pulse the mixture in 2 second bursts until roughly combined.
    ½ cup Greek yogurt, ½ teaspoon Boyajian pure lemon oil, 1 Tablespoon Boyajian garlic oil, ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  3. Continue processing on high for about 1-2 minutes, or until it is smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour mixture into an airtight container, and let sit in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  5. Once the dip has set, remove from the refrigerator. With a spoon, create a swirl pattern in the top of the dip.
  6. Drizzle basil oil over the top, serve, and enjoy.
    1 Tablespoon Boyajian basil oil

Notes

We recommend keeping it in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve!
