Serves 4

 

  • 2 medium cucumbers sliced (we like pickling cukes)
  • 1 large tomato cut into wedges (then halvedĀ  horizontally)
  • 1 small red onion, sliced into thin strips (optional)
  • 4 Tablespoons Boyajian Italian Dipping Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Boyajian Balsamic Vinegar
  • Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

 

To Prepare:

1. In a large bowl combine the vegetables

2. in a small bowl. whisk Boyajian Italian Dipping Oil and Balsamic Vinegar

3. Add dressing to vegetables and toss until well combined

4. Add salt and black pepper to taste
