Serves 4
- 2 medium cucumbers sliced (we like pickling cukes)
- 1 large tomato cut into wedges (then halvedĀ horizontally)
- 1 small red onion, sliced into thin strips (optional)
- 4 Tablespoons Boyajian Italian Dipping Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Boyajian Balsamic Vinegar
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
To Prepare:
1. In a large bowl combine the vegetables
2. in a small bowl. whisk Boyajian Italian Dipping Oil and Balsamic Vinegar
3. Add dressing to vegetables and toss until well combined
4. Add salt and black pepper to taste
