WHY BOYAJIAN
Five reasons buyers choose Boyajian
We’re not a commodity oil supplier. We’re a flavor partner for brands that care about ingredient quality, batch consistency, and getting the application right.
01
Real ingredients, authentic flavor
We’re the only U.S. producer using real herbs and spices in our infusion process. The result is the full spectrum of garlic, citrus, or chili flavor, not a synthetic imitation.
02
Consistency at scale
Same garlic supplier since 1988. Proprietary infusion process. Consistency across batches means the same flavor profile every time.
03
Operational efficiency
Replace fresh garlic & herb prep, or citrus zesting with a single shelf-stable ingredient. Less labor, less waste, fewer food safety concerns.
04
Performance in application
Built to hold through high heat, oven environments, and industrial production lines. Flavor that survives the bake, the fry, the line.
05
Service & flexibility
A 45-year family business. Custom blends, private label, and fast turnaround. Responsiveness that industrial ingredient houses can’t match.
Boyajian provides naturally infused oils made with real ingredients that deliver authentic flavor, operational consistency, and scalable performance across foodservice and manufacturing environments.

Common questions about private label
What’s the minimum order quantity?
There’s no universal MOQ. It depends on bottle size, label complexity, and whether the recipe is one we already make. Most first runs land between 1,000 and 5,000 units. We’ve gone smaller for pilots and much larger for established partners.
Who designs and supplies the labels?
You do. We print and apply whatever artwork you provide. We can recommend label printers we work with, but the brand is yours all the way through.
What’s the lead time from agreement to first shipment?
For a recipe we already make in a bottle size we already run: 6 to 8 weeks. For a new formulation or new packaging: 10 to 14 weeks, including formulation rounds and the pilot run. This can change, depending on the recipe.
What allergens does the facility handle?
Our Canton facility runs olive, canola, sunflower, garlic, citrus, herbs, chili, sesame, soy, peanut, and dairy. We’re not a tree nut, gluten, or shellfish facility. Tell us what allergen statement your buyer needs and we’ll confirm fit on the discovery call.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
Quick answers for wholesale buyers
Do your products come in foodservice and manufacturing sizes?
Yes. Every core product is available in retail (3.4oz / 8oz), foodservice (32oz / 1 gallon), and bulk manufacturing volumes (5 gallon, 55 gallon drum, 275 gallon totes). The same recipe, scaled to your operation.
What’s your minimum order?
We have a low minimum for retail and specialty accounts. Most new partners start with a single case-pack order. Manufacturing and private label MOQs are project-specific and depend on the run size and SKU.
How does sampling work?
Tell us your industry and we’ll send a pre-built sample kit with the products most relevant to your application, plus application sheets, dosing guidance, and storage notes. Sample kits ship via UPS Ground at no charge for qualified prospects.
Can you do private label or custom blends?
Yes. Private label, custom blends, and co-packing are core to what we do. Many of the brands you’d recognize on a specialty grocery shelf are Boyajian under the hood. Submit a custom inquiry above and a senior team member will respond.
Do you supply national pizza chains?
We work with regional, fast-casual, and premium pizza operators where flavor quality drives the menu. We’re not a great fit for the largest national price-led chains. Our positioning is real ingredients, not lowest cost.
How do I get pricing?
Pricing is industry- and volume-dependent. Once we understand your use case and likely volume, we’ll send a wholesale price list.
