- Heat the vegetable or canola oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add kernels, cover, and shake the pot occasionally until the popping slows to 2-3 seconds between pops. Remove from heat immediately.½ cup popcorn kernels, 2 Tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter and Lime Oil until completely combined.3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, ½ teaspoon Boyajian Pure Lime Oil
- Drizzle the butter mixture over the popcorn while tossing the bowl to ensure even coating.
- Sprinkle with chili powder and salt to taste and toss again.1 teaspoon chili powder, Salt to taste
- Serve right away!
Notes
This can be stored in a freezer bag and will stay fresh and crunchy for a few days!
