Chili Lime Popcorn

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup popcorn kernels (or 1 bag of plain, unsalted microwave popcorn)
  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
  • 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon Boyajian Pure Lime Oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat the vegetable or canola oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add kernels, cover, and shake the pot occasionally until the popping slows to 2-3 seconds between pops. Remove from heat immediately.
    ½ cup popcorn kernels, 2 Tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter and Lime Oil until completely combined.
    3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, ½ teaspoon Boyajian Pure Lime Oil
  3. Drizzle the butter mixture over the popcorn while tossing the bowl to ensure even coating.
  4. Sprinkle with chili powder and salt to taste and toss again.

  5. Serve right away!

Notes

This can be stored in a freezer bag and will stay fresh and crunchy for a few days!
