Ingredients:

  •  1 Acorn Squash
  •  2 tablespoons Boyajian Inc. Infused Olive oil (Try it with Rosemary oil or Garlic oil!)
  •  ½ teaspoon Sea salt
  •  ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  •  1 teaspoon fresh minced herbs (Thyme, Oregano, Rosemary or Sage) (Optional)

 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place acorn squash in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes to soften. Carefully cut squash in half lengthwise
  3. Scoop out seeds with a spoon and discard
  4. Brush Boyajian Inc. Infused Olive oil on squash halves. Both inside and outside
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt, ground pepper, and any minced herbs you choose to use
  6. Place upright in air fryer basket and cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned and fork-tender
