Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

– 1 lb. store bought Pizza Dough (thaw overnight in refrigerator if using frozen)
– 6 tablespoons Boyajian Rosemary Oil
– 1 small yellow onion, finely diced (about 1/3 cup)
– 1 teaspoon sea salt
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme

 

1. Remove pizza dough from refrigerator and allow to warm to room
temperature, keeping in plastic bag. (up to two hours)
2. Saute’ onion in 2 tablespoons of Boyajian Rosemary Oil, stirring often until
slightly caramelized. Cool and set aside
3. Grease a 9 x 13 sheet pan with 1 tablespoon of Rosemary Oi and place dough
on it. Using fingers, stretch dough as much as you can, cover with plastic
wrap and set aside for one hour in a warm place
4. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
5. Remove plastic wrap, add 3 tablespoons of oil on top of dough and using
fingers, stretch evenly to the edges of the pan. Dimple the top of the dough
6. Sprinkle onions, salt and thyme evenly over dough
7. Bake for 22-28 minutes, until golden brown with slightly crispy edges
Cool for 5-10 minutes, cut and serve
