Clean and oil grill grates
Heat the grill to high
Place cut watermelon and pineapple on sheet pans and brush all sides with balsamic vinegar
8 wedges of watermelon cut into 1" thick slices, 1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored and cut vertically into 8 spears, 6 Tablespoons Boyajian Balsamic Vinegar
Grill pineapple on all sides turning occasionally until warmed through 8-10 minutes
Grill watermelon 2-3 minutes on each side
Remove from heat, place on serving platter and sprinkle chopped mint on top of fruit
3 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
Serve immediately
