Lime Macadamia White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Servings: 18 cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • .75 teaspoon baking soda
  • .5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • .25 cup granulated sugar
  • .5 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Boyajian Pure Lime Oil
  • 1.25 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts (optional)

Method
 

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.
    2 cups all-purpose flour, .75 teaspoon baking soda, .5 teaspoon salt
  3. Beat butter and sugars in a large bowl until creamy.
    1 stick softened butter, .25 cup granulated sugar, .5 cup packed light brown sugar
  4. Beat in eggs and lime oil.
    2 medium eggs, 2 teaspoons Boyajian Pure Lime Oil
  5. Gradually add flour mixture until thoroughly mixed.
  6. Stir in white chocolate chips and nuts.
    1.25 cups white chocolate chips, 1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
  7. Using a teaspoon, drop rounded dough onto un-greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart
  8. Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
  9. Cool two minutes, transfer to wire rack and cool completely
