Ingredients:

 

  • 2 cups all- purpose flour
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Boyajian Lime Oil
  • 1 ¼ cup White chocolate chips
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts (optional)

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Beat butter and sugars in a large bowl until creamy.
  4. Beat in eggs and lime oil.
  5. Gradually add flour until thoroughly mixed.
  6. Stir in morsels and nuts.
  7. Using teaspoon drop rounded dough onto ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart
  8. Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
  9. Cool two minutes, transfer to wire rack and cool completely
