Remove pizza dough from refrigerator and allow to warm to room temperature, keeping in plastic bag. (up to two hours)
1 pound store bought pizza dough
Sauté onion in 2 tablespoons of Boyajian Rosemary Oil, stirring often until slightly caramelized. Cool and set aside
6 Tablespoons Boyajian Rosemary Oil, 1 small yellow onion, finely diced
Grease a 9 x 13 sheet pan with 1 tablespoon of Rosemary Oil and place dough on it. Using fingers, stretch dough as much as you can, cover with plastic wrap and set aside for one hour in a warm place
Pre-heat oven to 400℉
Remove plastic wrap, add 3 tablespoons of oil on top of dough and using fingers, stretch evenly to the edges of the pan. Dimple the top of the dough
Sprinkle onions, salt and thyme evenly over dough
1 teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Bake for 22-28 minutes, until golden brown with slightly crispy edgesCool for 5-10 minutes, cut and serve
