- Break the full 8 ounce block of feta cheese into small chunks8 oz Block of feta cheese
- Place the feta chunks, greek yogurt, garlic oil, pure lemon oil, and black pepper into a food processor. Pulse the mixture in 2 second bursts until roughly combined.½ cup Greek yogurt, ½ teaspoon Boyajian pure lemon oil, 1 Tablespoon Boyajian garlic oil, ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- Continue processing on high for about 1-2 minutes, or until it is smooth and creamy.
- Pour mixture into an airtight container, and let sit in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Once the dip has set, remove from the refrigerator. With a spoon, create a swirl pattern in the top of the dip.
- Drizzle basil oil over the top, serve, and enjoy.1 Tablespoon Boyajian basil oil
